Weihenstephaner Original Helles is brewed at the foot of the Weihenstephan hill in Freising, Bavaria, using centuries of craft and the purest Bavarian ingredients. The result is a lager of extraordinary finesse: brilliantly clear, pale gold in colour, with a creamy white head and an aroma of fresh bread and meadow flowers.
On the palate it's beautifully balanced — a gentle sweetness from the malt, a whisper of noble hop bitterness, and a clean, lingering finish that makes it dangerously easy to drink. This is the benchmark Helles.
