1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our store within 1 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 12 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.

• High Volume Periods: During peak times (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take an additional Number days. We will notify you of any significant delays on our website banner or during checkout.

• 2. UK Domestic Shipping

   

  We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

• 3. Order Tracking

   

  • Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, usually within 1 business days of placing your order. This email will contain your tracking number(s).

    . 4. Damages, Loss, or Delays

     

    Damage:

    • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@thebeerhoose.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the damage (both product and packaging). We will assess the issue and work to arrange a replacement

      Loss or Delay:

      • UK Law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): Unless a different deadline is agreed upon, we must deliver the goods within 30 days from the day after the order was placed.

      • If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will process a replacement or a full refund.

      • For delayed packages, we will investigate the issue with the courier. Please note that once an item has been dispatched, we are unable to control unforeseen carrier delays
