Life & Death is Vocation’s best selling beer, and we can see why! A 6.5% ABV, US style IPA that is rammed full of hops, hops and more hops. Three kilograms of hops go into every barrel brewed of Life & Death, and it shows.

 

The aroma is packed with tropical hoppy smells, with citrus notes as well. You can also get a good sense of the malty base of the beer with the sweetness creeping through. The flavour of the beer definitely follows suit, with tropical fruitiness top of the bill, finishing with a sharp citrus blast. Stick that with its smooth malty base and you know you’re drinking a world-class American style IPA.

On the pour you will see an amber golden beer with a fresh white head. It’s got the look of a classic US IPA with an ever so slight haze/translucency.
